Non-Profit Consulting
With more than three decades of nonprofit leadership experience, I work with organizations to strengthen their vision, leadership, and impact.
As CEO Emeritus of Shalom Institute, I spent 36 years building and leading a dynamic organization focused on experiential Jewish and environmental education—growing programs, cultivating leadership, expanding fundraising capacity, and navigating the complex realities of nonprofit management. That experience now informs my consulting work with organizations seeking clarity, sustainability, and meaningful growth.
I partner with nonprofits, Jewish organizations, camps, synagogues, and community institutions on a range of areas, including:
Strategic planning and organizational vision
Leadership development and executive coaching
Board engagement and governance
Fundraising strategy and donor development
Program development and innovation
Organizational transitions and change management
My approach is both practical and values-driven—grounded in real-world leadership experience, and shaped by a deep understanding of mission-based organizations. I bring a collaborative style, thoughtful listening, and a focus on helping organizations move forward with clarity and confidence.
